Photochemical machining and milling is the ideal process for producing small, flat metal part that are too intricate, too thin or fragile to produce by ordinary methods. If the part can be drawn in two dimensions, we can produce it from virtually any metal or alloy, ranging in thickness from .0005 to .060 inches.

PRECISION CONTROL NOT POSSIBLE WITH OTHER METHODS
With chemical machining we can maintain tolerances in critical areas as close as +/- 10% of material thickness, whether machined completely through or milled to a specific depth. The only restriction is that the minimum dimension must be equal to the thickness of the metal.

The low tooling costs and the flexibility of the photochemical machining process make it the most cost effective way to produce the small, super thin, intricate metal parts used in electronic and other manufacturing applications.
